Here’s some helpful information about the fair, which we recommend reading:
ShortBox Comics Fair is a digital comics fair. This means all the comics we sell throughout the fair are digital downloads: pdfs. We do not sell any physical products, nor is there any shipping involved.
The fair takes place annually every October. It opens at 8am (UK time) October 1st and closes at 8pm (UK time) October 31st. Our comics are available on our website only during this time.
100% of all sales (minus payment processing fees: stripe/Paypal) go directly to the artists.
When you place an order, you will receive two separate emails. The first email is a confirmation of your order, with an order number. The second email will contain your digital comic downloads. These download links are available for 24 hours, so please make sure to download your comics promptly. If you’re not able to download your comics within the 24 hours, you can contact us at sbcomicsfair@gmail.com and we will ‘refresh’ your links so that you are able to access your comics. We are not able to do this beyond the duration of the fair, i.e. October.
The fair only has permission to distribute the participating artists comics for the duration of the fair. All comics are creator-owned and all rights reserved by the artists: the fair does not have access/permission to distribute the artists comics beyond October.
Please be patient while downloading comics. Most of out customers buy multiple comics, and all comic files are various sizes, so downloading can take time.
If you are having problems with downloading/access, try switching browser. We have found this simple fix is usually an answer to a lot of problems! Similarly, it may be better to download multiple comics on a desktop or laptop rather than a phone.
As this is a digital fair involving digital comics, we are not able to cancel or refund orders.
